Mobile robot control system
Kalina, Michal ; Veselý, Libor (referee) ; Hynčica, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with building of two-wheeled mobile robot and consecutive creation of drivers and control for sensors, engines and controller design. The control is based on Arduino platform using ATmega328 processor. Firstly there is in this thesis recherche. Part of this thesis is modelling one where simulation model of our system is created, its linearization and then controller design. Further it contains description of the building robots body, description and functionallity of used engines, description of all sensors and detailed description of available printed circuit board. In the end there is software part where the engines control is described, operation of the sensors and functionallity of the controller. Result of this thesis is function application of controlling and operating of two-wheeled unstable mobile robot.
Design of LED lighting for industrial camera systems
Svoboda, Martin ; Honec, Peter (referee) ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the development, design and construction of multispectral lighting for industrial camera systems. The lighting is conceived as a modular device consisting of two parts - a control unit, which can be communicated primarily through the Modbus TCP / IP protocol, which powers, controls and collects information about the connected lighting unit. The illumination unit is equipped with 64 intelligent RGBW light emitting diodes located in an 8x8 matrix and one control diode opposite to which light intensity sensors are placed to give feedback on the color and intensity of the light. There are two temperature sensors located between the LEDs to check the temperature of the lighting unit. Both units are housed in a robust aluminum chassis. The control unit contains a microcomputer programmed in C language
Control unit for positioning control of the experimental positional table
Fries, Lukáš ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
The work is devoted to the theoretical characteristics of the used components and its functioning. The main part is focused on practical design and build a functional device for control the position of the table, which is part of some unspecified workplace. Attention is mainly concentrated on the ATmega328, which is part of the module Arduino for control sub systems. The document describes a closer communication with the computer, which can be selected as a control element positioning apparatus. Change of position is provided by two stepper motors. The primary control was designed using buttons and the position information is the operator transmitted to the display. The whole concept is subject to the requirements on the reliability and accuracy with an emphasis on simple operation.
Microsolder controlled by microprocessor
Stavělík, Jiří ; Petyovský, Petr (referee) ; Macho, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis describes circuit design and realization of the power and control system, which can hold constant temperature of solder tip. Control system is based on microcontroller Atmega328 of company Atmel, part of the work is the implementation and debugging control software. This solution allows to enter temperature by rotary encoder and to show the real temperature on LCD displey. This hardware also detects disconnection of solder tip, acoustic signals when the required temperature is reached and it holds last set temperature.
Monitoring equipment of degradation processes for material of animal origin
Chmelař, Vít ; Skácel, Josef (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
The diploma thesis introduces the reader to the problems of chemical sensors and the basics of degradation processes in materials of animal origin. It describes some types of sensors and their principles. Atmel ATmega328 microprocessor, its parameters and programming are described. In the next part of the thesis there is a proposal and production of equipment for monitoring of degradation processes in materials of animal origin. Sample sof chicken and milk were mesuared. From these measurements, the gas concentration values were determined, where samples can be considered suitable for consumation.
Automated Plant Growing
Švancer, Jan ; Široký, Adam (referee) ; Musil, Martin (advisor)
This thesis combines two current trends - the Internet of Things and Urban Agriculture. It describes technologies for wireless sensors communication in smart homes and hardware for their implementation. Based on these technologies smart hardware for automatic plants growing is implemented and connected to cloud with remote access via iOS mobile application.
Sensor of Soil Humidity and of Temperature
Karásek, Vojtěch ; Lattenberg, Ivo (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with subject of battery powered radio sensor measuring soil humidity and temperature. In thesis is described LoRa wireless technology, it's basic principles, parameters and usage. There are described different kinds of soil moisture and temperature sensors. Finally, a particular sensor and base station design is addressed.
Wireless start blocks
Venkrbec, Lukáš ; Bohrn, Marek (referee) ; Pavlík, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor work describes the design and implementation of a system that will be able to detect the start of the course athletes. By appropriate choice of sensor for detecting the starting reaction athletes, a wireless module for transmitting the information obtained from the sensor to the mobile phone, and also the LCD display. The proposed system will contain a microcontroller ATmega328.
Electronic lux meter with USB interface
Csikós, Tomáš ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Lattenberg, Ivo (advisor)
This project deals with the problem of measurement of light intensity. There are analyzed the properties of different measurement sensors. The first section describes basic variables of lighting equipment. In the second part the different light sensors are described. The third section contains schedule for components and the choice of the right ones. The last section is focused on the designing of lux meter and the program with graphic user interface for the data processing.
Small path follower robot
Zacpal, Michal ; Burian, František (referee) ; Kopečný, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and subsequent implementation of the control system for small path follower robot. On the introduction are presents the platform´s on which the system was built. In the next section are gradually introduced: A module for following the line (HW, SW), modul for control motors (HW, SW) and the control unit (HW, SW). Then is presents construction on which the system was tested. Finally, there were implemented two algorithms for tracking lines. Whole system, including the plug moduls is built on Atmel microcontrollers, and this ATmega8 and ATmega328. They are based on open - source platform Arduino, because they contain Arduino bootloader. Microcontrollers using I2C bus to communicate each other. Control unit is using to communicate with users LCD display and four buttons. For scanning a line is using five reflective optocoupler CNY70.
